Outreach projects

The heart is the engine of life

For us, this collaboration is a commitment we undertake, a form of corporate social responsibility we pursue because we believe in the contribution everyone can make to saving a life.

We support GIEC – Cardiological Emergency Group, an association of doctors who work on prevention and disseminating information on cardiovascular diseaseclinics and treatment. With this in mind, we have promoted free donation, maintenance and training in the use of defibrillators to companies in the Fisciano/Mercato San Severino industrial centre.
With our example, we hope to encourage individuals and companies to do something to help others in any field, as there are so many emergencies, but just as many hands reaching out to offer support.

Training

The most important investment

We highlight the importance of this every day with continuous staff training. The courses we offer for both internal and travelling personnel are first and foremost a moral obligation for the safety of the people atwork and the goods we transport, as well as a way to ensure the efficient operation of all company departments.
We periodically organise meetings at our various sites to provide training in safe eco-driving, document management, and handling unforeseen events during trips from the office and on the road, so that our team always feels like part of a structured organisation and a large extended family.

We want to share the company’s values and activities, motivations and projects, by making the actions carried out, the resources employed and the results achieved transparent and comprehensible to the outside world.
Our Social Report also represents an opportunity to communicate the commitments we have made for the future. At the same time, it is a tool enabling the involvement of all our stakeholders, from employees to customers, suppliers and partners, in order to concretely move in the sustainability perspective.
Our work was a fundamental moment of cultural comparison on the sustainability and social responsibility values and principles, allowing us to strengthen Trans Italia’s commitment on these topics.
